My first interview

Questions-
1. What is your name? Erin Rannefeld
2. What grade are you in? 10th
3. How old are you? 16
4. How does it feel for you to be student of the month? Im really proud of myself, this year I've been working really hard to get my grades up and maintain them so I'm glad it paid off.
5. Is this something you where trying to achieve or didn't even know existed? I wasn't necessarily trying to become student of the month, I just wanted to be the best I could be.
6. What are you awarded for this position? Mr.Robinson told me that with this award I would also receive a gift card to bush's chicken.
7. Are you being congratulated by other students or rather ignored? All of my friends have been congratulating me.
8. What where you doing that was different which gave you the opportunity for this award?I think it was noticed by my teachers that I was working so hard, and my teachers know that I had to work extra hard to keep up with my grades because I have a lot of other things to keep up with in and outside of school.
9. Is this award something that you would try to achieve the coming months? I wasn't really trying to get this award but I don't think i should get it again I think other students should get the opportunity to win it.
10. Did anybody of you peers know about this opportunity? Most people at school aren't aware of this award.
11. Knowing that this isn't something many people know about, how do you think we could advertise this award to get more people doing things? I think Mr.Robinson could make an announcement in the morning letting people know about the award.
12. Where you helping only students, or where you also being supportive to you teachers? I try to help my teachers out if they need help and its something i can actually do.
13. What are some examples of how you where helping teachers? My math teacher often asks me to explain things to kids around me.
14. Did helping teachers after class affect your schedule? No it never lasted very long.
15. Would you be willing to pass on this title to another student? Of course I think there are tons of other students who are deserving of this award.
16. Where you mostly helping teachers of assigned or elective courses? I mostly help my elective teachers, I tend to build closer relationships with those teachers.
17. Is the award you get for this worth the time and effort? I didn't really work hard just to get the award I worked to be successful in school, but the award was nice too.
18. If you had a word of advise what is the best thing you can do to have your help being noticed? Just go the extra mile, help teachers, help your friends, work extra hard in your classes, that kind of stuff.
19. How where you presented the award? They came into my 1st period and announced it.
20. Did the work you miss while presented this award excused for you? I didn't really miss any work when they presented it.
