Conclusion
1. I think that it should not be acceptable to alter a person in such a dramatic way, it is okay to alter the lighting using levels or to crop and image, though i think that it is unsuitable and rude to alter somebodies body so much.
2. When somebody starts working out, before that they take a photo of themselves being fat and when they are done working out after a year to see how much they have changed.
3. The changed that are okay include lightning using levels, cropping and changing the exposures and the colors "from color to black and white."
4. In photo journalism you record history and in fashion photography you try to get people to buy your item by making your cover more attractive.
5. There are two main types of photography in my opinion, one is recording history including nature, family, history and others are used as advertising to sell a product.
6. I think you showed us these three videos so we can see what is possible with photography and photoshop.
